At Momorii, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition for a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
